    • Fixed delivery radius… Because we pay strict attention to food preservation & quality, we have restricted our delivery coverage radius to a fixed 2miles radius to ensure the integrity and freshnessof your food is preserved

 

    • Our tailored and personalised delivery service to you is key to us. This is why we make sure each customer has their ownsecured tagged and trackable package unique to their order number at the point of delivery

 

    • Our incentivised 5 bags return offering… This service helps give users the option of returning 5 bags to our riders and getting the next delivery free.

 

    • Customer Confirmation: This offering allows users to acknowledge delivery the same way drivers confirm delivery to avoid any form of dispute as well as introducing transparency for all

 

    • Our user friendly and intuitive app & your personalised web portal that can be accessed at the comfort of your homeor from any mobile device if you are on the go.

 

    • Our interactive user support service

 

    • We provide all these offerings at no extra cost to you. All you pay is £4 fixed charge towards your delivery

 

 

RESTAURANT

 

    • £400 + VAT competitive one off joining fee

 

    • 30% commission on all orders

 

    • Brand Awareness: As partners, one of our offerings to our partnering restaurants is to increase their brand awareness by promoting their brands on our platforms  (Website, social media)

 

    • Peace of mind knowing fully well that potential litigation by customers because of possible food tampering and contamination when their food is in transit to the customer has been covered

 

    • Increased Sales Revenue: Our ON DEMAND REQUEST service which is now available to our partnering restaurantsthrough our branded pre-installed “Atyourtime” POS terminal will allow them to request for “Atyourtime” drivers for independent orders with no commission charged. This will enable them to increase their sales revenue at no extra cost.

 

    • Real Time Tracking: All restaurants can now track their orders real time on our branded pre-installed “Atyourtime” POS terminal

 

    • Ready To Pick: Our “READY TO PICK” offering allows the restaurant to notify the drivers of the exact pick up time (5mins before food comes out of kitchen) to avoid customers food getting cold whilst waiting for the driver.. Our improved communication between all parties in the chain has made this possible

RIDERS

 

    • Job Stability: With our “ON DEMAND REQUEST” now available to both users and restaurants, our drivers can now be assured of work constantly. This is in addition to orders coming through our app.

 

    • Increased Remuneration of £4 per delivery within every 2mile radius

 

    • Lease To Own Service: As part of looking out for our staff, Atyourtime has partnered with another company to take on the lease of bikes on behalf of our riders whereby monthly payment towards the bike will be deducted from drivers earnings

 

    • Flexibility: We offer flexible working hours
